These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of sonofiam.com and purchases made through SonofIAM LTD
By using our Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
We operate an online art portfolio and store offering original artwork, limited-edition artwork, prints, and related products.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, colours, edition information, and prices are accurate.
Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
Where a product is identified as a Premium, the edition size will be stated on the applicable product page.
Each numbered edition may be identified using an edition number and total edition size, for example: 002/ 012
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the sale of a physical artwork or print does NOT transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights in the underlying artwork to the purchaser. The artwork remains protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted where we need to verify availability, payment, pricing, or other material information.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where necessary, including where a product is unavailable, a material pricing or listing error has occurred, or a transaction appears fraudulent. Where we cancel a paid order, we will arrange an applicable refund.
Payments are processed through Paystack. We do not directly store complete payment-card information. Your payment may be subject to Paystack’s terms and policies.
Our fulfilment system operates as follows:
Nigeria
For delivery addresses in Nigeria, orders may be routed to order@sonofiam.com for manual processing and fulfilment.
Outside Nigeria
For delivery addresses outside Nigeria, orders may be transmitted through our API integration to Printify for production and shipping.
Shipping times, costs, destinations, and applicable conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage charges, or other destination-country charges may apply depending on the destination. Unless expressly stated otherwise, such charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
All artwork, illustrations, photographs, written content, branding, logos, designs, and other original content displayed on the Website are owned by us or used with permission unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, sell, license, or commercially exploit our protected content without appropriate authorization. Purchasing an artwork or product does NOT automatically transfer copyright ownership.

If we discover a material error affecting an order, we will take reasonable steps to correct it and communicate with affected customers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove statutory consumer rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, except where mandatory consumer-protection or other applicable laws provide otherwise.
